Good For: Individuals or large groups that want one simple backdrop for everyone (usually white / black / gray but can be any color).
Where: Typically shot in living rooms (for solo shoots) or conference rooms / banquet spaces for larger shoots at hotels or office buildings.
2. Outdoor Headshots
Pricing: Starts at $550
Good For: Individuals or small teams that want to showcase the area they work in, but in a beautiful and natural setting.
Where: We usually scout and shoot outdoor portraits near workplaces for convenience, but sometimes we’ll meet at an agreed-upon location for a certain look.
3. Environmental Corporate Headshots
Pricing: Starts at $700
Good For: Corporate teams and executives who need a variety of settings for photos to be used for different purposes - from LinkedIn and the corporate About Us pages, to press releases, Bios and general media/promotional use.
Where: These are almost always shot on-location at the company headquarters – we scout 3-5 locations in / around the building where take each executive for their headshots.

Good For: Any company that wants to showcase the whole team in one photo - whether it’s a small group, or 1,500+ people in one epic shot.
Where: These tend to take place at an off-site gathering or company headquarters.
Corporate Event Photography

Good For: Companies that want their big annual event covered with lots of great attendee candids, guest speakers, breakout rooms, etc. Often combined with headshots for select guests/employees.
Where: All over the USA, either at high end hotel properties or larger convention centers.
Editorial / Branding Photo Sessions
Pricing: Starts at $2,000
Good For: Individual professionals/brands that want a large collection of images for their media library – with a good variety of settings (typically both indoor and outdoor), exploring different poses (full body to tight compositions), and often trying different outfits throughout the shoot. These images are designed to tell a story, to show what you’re all about.
Where: Typically near client’s homes at a nearby photogenic outdoor setting, but also at corporate offices that already have great ambience.

General Questions About the Service:
1. Where do the headshot sessions take place?
→ We come to your location—whether it’s your home, office, or an outdoor setting of your choice. No need to travel to a studio! While most of our headshots take place in the San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose and Los Gatos regions, we cover most greater San Francisco Bay Area locations without travel fees (including Carmel, Santa Cruz, Gilroy).
2. How long does a typical headshot session take?
→ Most individual sessions take about 10-20 minutes. For team sessions, I can efficiently photograph 1 to 500 people in a single day. The timing comes down to how many settings we explore for each person, so it could be anywhere from 30 seconds to 15 minutes per person.
3. What should I wear for my headshot?
→ Solid colors and classic, professional attire work best. Avoid busy patterns and neon colors. Bring an extra outfit if you want variety! Check out our comprehensive Headshot Prep Guide for more details!
Pricing & Payment:
4. How much does a headshot cost?
→ Pricing varies based on style required, the location, number of people, and whether we are doing outfit changes and/or a variety of different settings for each person. I don’t charge upfront—you only pay for the photos you love. Contact me for a quote!
5. Do you require a deposit or upfront payment?
→ No upfront costs! You only pay after you’ve seen and selected the photos you love.
6. Are there any hidden fees?
→ Nope! Travel is included, and full retouching is part of the price—no extra fees.
Photo Selection & Delivery:
7. What if I don’t like my photos?
→ No risk! If you’re not happy with your headshots, you don’t pay. Plus, you get to review and approve them in real time before I leave.
8. How long does it take to get my final photos?
→ 24 hours! Your fully retouched, high-resolution headshots will be delivered within one day at no extra cost. For individuals, I often deliver the final photos before I leave clients’ homes/offices.
9. How do I receive my final headshots?
→ I’ll send you a secure online gallery where you can download high-resolution images instantly.
For Teams and Corporate Clients:
10. Can you do headshots for my entire team or company?
→ Absolutely! I can photograph 1 to 500 people in a single day, ensuring a consistent look for your team.
